Best Pitchers Park Topic

Given that you could draft any of the pitchers you wanted in the WIS, is it easy to tell which is the absolute best pitcher's park? What are the number 1, 2, and 3 parks and for limiting history's most fearsome hitters?

I think the salary cap and historical era makes a difference, but without knowing that (or for OL pay) MHO is Petco.  I am guessing #2 ans 3 are Safeco and Busch II, but I have not played either since the last update.  The Astrodome is always a safe bet if your pitchers would otherwise give up a lot of long balls.

I know it wouldn't be ideal for any pitcher to go up against a lineup that that much money could buy, but I guess I am imagining a $255 mil league. Isn't it relative and wouldn't Safeco (or the other parks) still hold down the same high octane offense more than it would be held down in parks that are higher up the "park factor " scale?

it would help, but that word is loose....a 255 million lineup is going to rake no matter where it hits
