Anyone know where a job that is listed as "keep looking" would fall in the open signup for D1?
For open signup, jobs are all either qualified or not-qualified.  As I understand it, "keep looking" is not a not-qualified.  Thus, it seems it might fall into the "qualfied" camp for open signup but was looking for verification one way or the other.
