Was looking for others opinions on how best to defend as well as attack sets of the opponents. I look at my upcoming matches against press defense and wonder what the best way to attack it is.... Love to hear your thoughts on these game strategies

I'll take a stab at it.  You want to look at a pressing team's stamina and count the number of players that actually play (look for redshirts and walk-ons).  Compare that to your team.  If you have better overall stamina &/or depth, then go uptempo.   Otherwise, consider going slowdown (especially on the road).

Also note whether your opponent plays fastbreak.   No slowdown option in the fastbreak, but the other 3 offenses might allow your opponent (if human) to play slowdown to offset stamina/depth issues.  Getting a pressing &/or fastbreak team exhausted can be a big advantage.

A universal feature is that pressing teams cannot doubleteam a particular player (an attempt is made to trap every player).  So, give your best offensive players the most distribution without fear of being singled out.

Finally, and most importantly, have a team that handles the ball well, passes well and has good offensive IQ.  Otherwise, you may get eaten alive by turnovers, even if you do gameplan well.
