I have a So. PG with low improvement in PE game, who just ticked up to 44. Asst sent a note that that's all he can get from him. I was only devoting 7 min to PE for him. Does that message mean I can or should decrease it? I assume he would regress if I dropped it to 0?

I believe the minimum you need on perimeter and LP is 3. If you set it to 0, he might eventually lose some points, but nothing significant.

If you got the maxed out email from the assistant that means you can drop it to 0. It's possible that he may eventually lose 1 point, but that is rare, and it will never be more than the 1 point.
