Just before Capra Season 23 began, I asked about using a guy with offensive numbers of 0-85-47-74-98 as a vR platoon in the OF.

We're now just past game 120 and I thought I would give an update.  JarredMatthews is doing just fine, thank you.  In 267 total AB's he's hitting .258-.350-.524 with 21 HR's.   In his 229 AB's vR his numbers are a bit below that at .253-.335-.502 (which meas he's hitting lefties pretty well in his limited AB's, go figure).

He's fallen off a bit lately, going 6/34 with only 2 walks.  He also has 6 minus plays in the OF.

But all-in-all, it has been a decently successful experiment.  We're in a hot WC chase, I need him to keep it up.
