Roanoke-Tark

What am I doing so blatantly wrong that would cause this losing streak.  I need some help and i need some help now.  This team is so good and I feel like I'm just squandering it for some reason that's probably very easy to see for other coaches and I just can't see it for some reason.  I beg someone to help me out, I just can't figure it out right now.

For starters, three of the four losses were on the road to comparably talented programs.

Honestly, I see a lot of fairly major game planning issues here. The single biggest is playing the 3-2 every game, even against teams that don't shoot a lot of 3p's. The best thing about the zone is that you can flip between the 2-3 and 3-2 to play to your opponents' strengths/weaknesses, and you're totally surrendering that advantage (and beating yourself in the process).

Also, while Lock is a nice player, he's shooting too much. He's at the point where he's no longer scoring as efficiently as he should be.

You've also been playing guys too many minutes. In that recent OT game, you had one guy play 45 mins, another play 40 and another 38. That's not good.

Further, if you feel it's desirable to max your starters' minutes and that's important for your team, then you should play slowdown.

Good advice, girt.

Are you using the target setting? or fatigue?   If you're using target, your starters can play more minutes but their efficiency lessens as they get tired.   If you use fatigue, they come out when they get tired. Most, but not all, coaches prefer the fatigue settings.  There's a couple of recent threads about those options

I'm using fatigue.

which  fatigue setting?  If you're seeing your players play a lot of minutes in the tiring/tired mode, you might want to change your setting

I feel the same way about my Methodist team.  Obviously not as good as your team, but I feel like they're a lot better than they've played.

After an extremely quick look, the two things that jumped out at me were that you really have no outside shooting, and are running fcp with young guards. I do not think that you're underperforming given talent/roster.
