Redshirting a senios Topic

Looking for some advice:

Am in D3.

I redshirted a senior and he's ******. WE dropped from 67 to 1.

I did it to balance out the classes, so that I'll have a great player for next year.

I assume his skills will regress somewhat this year. But how bad will it be?

Will he transfer or drop-out?

If he is already close to maxxed out like most seniors (especially D 3 seniors) and you want to balance the classes or whatever there shouldn't be any problems. He won't transfer or drop out (although some think he should). He will drop a bit, probably not enough to make much of a difference I believe.
