What does everyone use for fatigue? I have been using Getting tired for my starters under 80 stamana and fairly fresh for starters above 80 and all the bench players fairly fresh. Haven't really been getting the minutes i would like, ideally i would like my starters to play around 28  mins and bench 12 for a normal paced game.

I use fairly fresh for everyone unless my starter is much better than the sub, then I use getting tired.

The more tired you allow your starters, the more minutes they'll play. But they'll also foul more and have more turnovers
