I'm in the playoffs and I have a tough decision to make.. If I win this next game I have to choose between these two start game 7...

no you don't... Pitcher 1 all the way. Never compare those two again.

Hillenbrand has been getting lit up in the current series (7 runs in 13 innings) and you propose to start him at 94%. His pitch quality is terrible and game seven looks to be in a hitters park. Fuller isn't that far off. I'd probably start Hillenbrand in a tandem, with a pull setting of 4 or 5. Depending on the rest of the bullpen, I'd probably have Fuller a pull 4, as well.

Jeez, you didn't say it could be game seven of the World Series!

Yeah, you don't have many options and a lot of short guys.... I think I'd still go with the tandem of Hillenbrand and Fuller, both at least pull 4, and hope they get you to the 6th or 7th, still in the game. If they get beat up, you won't have much shot anyway.

I'd love to have a southpaw LR for this situation.

I would just prefer you tank the series if you are asking me!

In all likelyhood.. We will ot see game 7..  My team doesnt play well vs LHP..

They're close enough such that I'd prob go Fuller given the fatigue edge.  And I wouldn't increase his pull rating since you aren't loaded with great relief options, I'd prob just set it at like 3 and give him a pitch count of like 100 assuming your bullpen is still rested.

I'd prob make Moylan your Tandem B guy, and then have him give way to Wilson and/or Strong.  Hillenbrand would be the 5th arm I'd resort to for the game.  Everybody else goes on mop up or rest.

11 Innings by lefties in that series, no runs.  If you can add a lefty bashing bat you are going to be a terror.

My advice is "Don't count your chickens before they hatch."

I guess a game seven SP doesn't matter if you don't win game six. Shut out on five hits.
