How do I get my settings so that my eleventh man gets more minutes. I have him as the third option at two positions; and have the settings on play more when winning by alot and losing by alot and he still didnt get in the game in a 30 point win...suggestions?

Set his fatigue to very tired and the first 2 at fairly fresh and maybe have the first two guys at less aggressive for foul trouble but that may hurt you if you are in a close game.
