I just picked up a team that has a  number of (4 or 5) high draft picks that spent multiple seasons at the same level, mostly AA. Did they lose significant development and if so is there anyway to recover, like an accelerated program?

My understanding is as long as they played regularly their development is OK. The only thing that affects them is the difference in the quality of coaching they would have received at a higher level.
