I know that's the high high message, which I thought was 29+, problem is this guy starts with a 72 per rating.  wouldn't that put him over 100?

I was under the impression that it was 28+, though I have a player who in two catagories that came back high-high, dropped from blue to black after gaining 7 points, so maybe it's 27.5 and up?

its right around there - could the exact number ever change how you handle recruiting or practice or anything?  maybe I am missing something
