I probably once knew this, but it has been a long time

My team was in a 120 million budget theme league.  We made the Series.  I am now in a 130 million TOC?  is this because of AAA players?  something else?

why is my team in this TOC and not the other team in the Series against us?

Yes...and the other team probably either had no AAA (making it 120) or more AAA value (going to 140)
