2B Arm Accuracy question Topic

Booger didn't really touch on this

I have GaryBradley in AA.  We're (Capra) in Year 24.  He's got 2B potential, to go with a considerable bit of HR pop.  I figure he'll be a .260-.320-.490 type of guy.  Quite useful at 2B.

He should get to 80 range and maybe 77 glove.  That will do at 2B.  But his Arm Accuracy  will only get to to 49. This should all be by Season 26.

Is that a problem?

I've searched a bit in Capra and this guy Bonilla is the only guy that seems fairly comparable.  He's only had a bit of MLB experience, but doesn't seem to have a whole lot of errors in AAA, so I'm assuming the AA isn't really an issue.

What say you? (other than try to trade for Bonilla)

You think so, a?

He's had two years experience, he's at 72-66 range/glove now.  He gained 4 and 6 pts in those since last year.

He's only 20.

I figured he has a couple of 4-growth years to go with Range (or a 4, 3, 1) and a 6, 5 to go with Glove.  Or a 5, 5 1.....

Something like that.

I thought that was fairly reasonable.  Even with his 53 Makeup.

I would think that 80/75/75/50 would be a slightly above-average 2B.

My perfect 2B is about 80/68/55/58. Anything better than that is a center fielder.

Clarification - 85/75 is the mininimum R/G I like to see in CF.
