need help getting over the hump. Topic

Looks like I'm on the verge of a third consecutive PI.  Last year I was an overtime loss in the conference championship from going to the NT.

I am not a very good recruiter.  I was wondering if some coaches who played more than the 4 seasons i have put into this game, and give me some input on the issues I am having with the types of players I am going after, or if I am just not gameplanning or distributing right.

3 years in a row, i got into a battle and spend 3000k on a guy and missed out on him.

3 years ago - michael o'bannion from river falls
2 years ago was  michael garey at lake erie
1 year or this past year it was mike quesenberrry at st olaf

if anyone has anyone input on something I am doing wrong or overlooking please let me know.

i put alot of effort into this game and want to learn, if someone is interested in giving me tips throughout the season and giving recruiting advice (if site rules allow)  i would be all for the chance to understand this game more.

I would be interested in being a mentor. I'm not on here quite as much as I used to be but I'm still on a couple times a day.

I'm also not exactly HD's most accomplished coach.

I would be glad to mentor you. Send me a sitemail if you wish. I can tell by looking at your squad you are making a lot of basic errors though, and the thread yoijames linked is your best friend.
