Look at the last 30 seconds. You will see Rodriguez pick up a foul on a rebound. Then after hitting a three he intentionally fouls again. and then after another 3, does it one last time to get tossed. 

First, with 4 fouls, i'm putting my best player on the inbounder to not foul anyone. Second, how would he get to the other teams SF both times in two seconds without my SF who has 2 fouls getting there first.

I guess there is some pick switching scenarios that could go on.  To stop this maybe double team Rodriguez man with the inbound defender. so when a switch happens, the other guy can foul him. 

Or maybe this is above and beyond basketball strategy that is no way able to be brought into a simulator. 

For what it's worth, I can see several scenarios where this could happen.  It sucks that it happened to your best player, but I don't think this is ticket worthy.  Just my opinion though, do as you will.
