Recruiting D1 with D prestige Topic

I know this gets asked a lot but I looked back and only saw conversation about a D+ prestige. Is there a cutoff for overall rank, position rank or rating? 

I am in my first recruiting with Davidson and I want to make sure I am not wasting time calling guys.

Julius, don't forget that in D1 you've got 15000 instead of the 5000 you're used to for D2.  Spend the 10 bucks and make the call.

With a D+ I find its generally somewhere in the range around a position rank of 50. With a D it would presumably be just a bit lower. Obviously you won't get any response from a guy in the top 20, but for somewhere in the 40-50 range its certainly worth the $10 for a call.
