I was in a recuiting pickle and needed to sign some freshmen....so I had to promise starts to three freshmen on my Naismith Staten Island DIII Team. I fulfilled their promises thus far, and we did well in conference, but we still look PIT bound. 

Anyway, it's conference tourney time. We're currently hanging around with a 70 RPI and I want us to find a way into the NT. 

Is it feasable for me to start my best players rather than my 3 freshmen by this point? Is there a certain amount of games that the freshmen need to start to be happy, or does their WE drop to 1 if they don't start one game? I've never fiddled w/ this before.

In the CT and beyond, you may bench them with no problem

All you need to do with promised starts is start them somewhere between 75-90% of the time in the regular season.
