I have a question regarding Pitching/Rest. How does the Player Auto Rest Default settings work in relation to the pitching.

What percentage is reasonable for the pitching staff without exhausting them?

I try not to pitch anybody below 100%.

I never let starters go if they are not 100%.  I let relievers go at 90%.

Come playoffs, I panic and lower things.
