I've spent nine seasons at DII Tarleton State, but it's time to move on.  Strong conference, great group of coaches - talkative, too - and a program that combines recent success (a NT runner-up finish in recent history; last year, RPI 11) with the chance to make your mark immediately (6 openings this year, 6 openings next year).

Right now, it's set up in a gimmicky way - fastbreak/press, 6/6/0/0 class structure - but with complete roster turnover this year and next, you can pick the offense, defense, and class structure you desire and implement it right away.


Again, though, it's a great conference and a great place to be.  Check it out.
