Can A Scouting Trip Reveal Tightness? Topic

So I'm looking at an international who's considering a sim. If I send a couple scouting trips will it reveal if the sim is tight with him? Is there any way to reveal tightness from an international recruit?

Unless you are willing to throw a ton of cash at him Im not sure its worth it considering the SIM doesnt have to pay the high travel costs.
