What I try to do is have:
One inside scorer (ATH and LP) this is usually a PF or C but in theory could be a SF. I don't believe position matters.
One perimeter shooter (SPD and PER). Can be a 1,2, or 3. According to billyg, these guys are super productive in triangle. I almost always set him to +2 so he is raining threes.
One "slasher" type (SPD, BH, hopefully FT) and set him to -2. This is usually my PG but could be the 2 or 3.
I tend to find the guards produce more points. I think it is easier to "matchup" with a good low post player through settings and assignment.
