Do Minor League Coaches Really Matter? Topic

Just went through coach signing period and received bottom of the barel coached because I hadn't checked in in a few days (my fault). But I'm wondering, do minor league coached REALLY make that much of a difference in the development of prospects? I mean, they're still improving. What do you guys think? Overrated?

not overrated. an efficient (and cheaper) way to do minor league coach signing is to put all your good prospects in one level and pay for 'better' coaches at that level. then you can use shitpiles for the rest of your minor league levels where your prospects with no big league future can just jerk off

The development years of a players career are critical . Don't be surprised when your prospects never imrpove

Yeah, I'm gonna have to shuffle the players around and place them in specific level based on the quality of coaches.
