You should be able to see what jobs you'll be eligible for the next season in a world without having to commit a season to it, because it's just really a guessing game whether you'll be qualified for D1 or not...very annoying.

if you are in more than one world, I thnk you can use manage seasons to move a season into that world, look at the jobs for which you qualify and then move the season out of the world if you dont like what you see - but I could be wrong

I'm unable to do that, and that's what CS suggested but it isn't possible.

I just love how you can see all available jobs any time in a world if you're NOT in the world, but if you are you can't see ****...just unreal...

colonels, do you have a guy who took a redshirt in another world? if so, you may be able to remove the redshirt, use that season to transfer to your other world, do like CS and mets suggested and if you don't like it go back and reapply the redshirt...he should take it without complaint (unless you left one on someone who rejected, in that case the WE drop would be worse...) my only idea...

I wanted to coach d1 in tark where i coached the last 4 seasons. I couldnt see whether id be eligible for any d1 schools unless i added a season to tark...i did, saw that im not eligible for d1 now i want out...not dicking around with a team i burned out on anymore....wis needs to change it so u can see whats up

can't you transfer that season to your other team?

No, but im trying to get cs to do it and theyre dragging their feet

I had this situation when I was trying to decide whether to stay in Rupp or drop that world this past season. I had no players redshirted, and simply didn't renew my team.  The first day jobs came out, I could see everything I was qualified for and could apply for them, and also still had the option to reclaim my old team if I wanted. By not renewing/reclaiming my existing team, that also allowed me to drop the world if I applied for a job and didn't get it. I ended up moving to another team.

Agreed!  The job logic is so inconsistent! 

WIS won't release me from my team, I asked on Thursday to remove me and put the season in Phelan and they've just sat on my ticket, basically screwing me into another season at HI-Hilo...rather bushleague if you ask me...I don't ask for much.

Lol, I did get a bit snippy, can't say I'm proud of it, but I don't know what the hold up was...they seemed content to let my request fall to the wayside, but they eventually took care of it for me...I still think the process needs to be fixed so others don't go through this either, or that the verbage become clearer.  I didn't think I could view open jobs during the renewal period without having a season dedicated to that world, but apparently I could/can?  Still not quite clear...still could be done better I think
