My league just had its amateur draft.  Quick question on the scouting differences.

My amateur scouts had a player I drafted with a potential OVR rating of ~80.  Now that I drafted him my advanced scouts have him at a potential OVR rating of ~70.

I have way more money allocated to my amateur scouts, therefore should their projection be more accurate than my advanced scouts, and what I really have on my hands is a potential ~80 OVR player?
