that this guy has only improved 4 points in rebounding through the end of non-con play with high potential, 20 minutes of practice time, and starting all 10 games?  Granted, his work ethic is poor.  But it's not abysmal.

I would've expected another 2-3 points.

Definitely seems like it should be more to me considering this guy off my team has gained 3 with only 9 minutes of practice time allocated. (also high potential reb, for comparison's sake). I would think the extra practice you're giving your man plus the extra minutes of playing time would overcome the small WE and gpa edge my guy has.

I think in general none of his values are growing at an acceptable rate even despite his WE.  However of all his growth rebounding accounts for almost 27% of the total.  As for your guy, rednu, his rebounding growth accounts for about 14% of your players overall growth.  It isn't perfect, but it is close to half the percentage of growth with half as much effort (9 minutes as opposed to 20) plus the little extra work ethic.  Sounds like they are virtually the same growth. Still, yes I would expect more, but I wouldn't limit the frustration to just rebounding.  Only gaining 1.5 points/game when your player is starting seems very low to me
