I just went to the NT and know that my prestige will increase. Will the pool of recruits I can see get better after the start of the new season and the increase in prestige as compared to now.

You'll still see the same recruits - none are ever hidden, if that's what you're asking.

Different prestiges pull back different results for the division specific searches, though.  For example, at D3, an A+ prestige school will see a lot of players on his D3 search that would show up as D2 level players to a C prestige school.  Typically, if a player appears in your divisional search, he is recruitable immediately for you (there are some strange exceptions, but that's generally the case).  Players appearing in the search a division above yours can be pulled down or could possibly eventually drop down to you (only if you're told that you are a backup option by them after a phone call - in this case they won't accept home/campus visits, but you can pull them down with scouting trips... you can just run a forum search for more info on how to do that.).

indyrider - i think we will have an opening this season in the CCIW if you're still interested... not sure if you remember but we have a bunch of coaches from the Indy area in our conference and could use another solid, active coach!
