Hentgen is a nice player who can be a subpar defender at 2B or a GG COF. Maybe an opiton at 3B if you can find a better 2B glove and a better LF bat.
Abbott is the kind of 2B I like in the AL batting 9th. Good glove, and just enough hitting ability and speed to make his glove usable. Batting S helps, too.
Hines could be a passable 3B if you've got a lineup where your 3B is batting in the bottom third of the order. Maybe 6th. If you are hittin him above 6th, you're in trouble.
Workman is like Hines, only with a better glove and a worse bat for 3B. Anything higher than 8th and you're in trouble. Decent enough bench player with that eye.
Chang is a bench player, if you're into the PR and defensive replacement thing. I might hesitate carrying him in the NL, as he's a waste of a PHer.
Velazquez is the kind of player I almost always have on my bench, but he shouldn't get more than a few dozen ABs, mostly resting your starting MIF/CF vs. lefties.
In short, I think you could get some solid defensive contributions and passable offensive output from Hentgen in LF, Abbott at 2B, and Hines at 3B.... assuming you have enough at your other positions to have Abbott and Hines batting in the 7-8-9 range.
Unless you're right up against the cap, I might try to land a bat to play LF (not typically hard) and move Hentgen in to 3B where he will still be a "plus" defender, but you'll have someone with a little more to offer at the plate than Hines.
