As someone who hasn't played HD in a while. What skills are people still looking for in the motion offense? It has been three years since I've played and quite frankly, I just can't remember.

the Hoops 101 guide (accessed from the Help tab on the homepage) says that motion needs ball handling and passing. I think many believe ball-handling is more important in motion than in some other sets that emphasize passing more (flex and triangle I think)
