I searched on guarantees and found some info, but not 100% sure what my answer is.

I had been recruiting him (just SVs and calls) and was not under consideration.  In my first big push, I added HV's and CV, and also guaranteed starter and guaranteed 10 minutes a game.  He took all the recruiting, and I was now being considered (in second place), but he rejected both the starts and minutes.  Another cycle I added CV and he accepted the scholarship.

Now, in his history it still shows:
declined guaranteed minutes - (10)
declined guaranteed starting spot

Are those still expected?  I'm willing to start him, or I wouldn't have made the offer, but if I don't will he complain and leave after the year?

guyo, why offer the minutes and start so soon if you had wiggle room with other effort? Did you just plan on playing him anyway and figure, why not?
