First time in the playoffs and wanting to set the order for my pitchers.  Im assuming that if SP3 pitched in the final game of the season then SP4 is going to be the first starter in the playoffs?  Is that correct?  I want to move things around before the first game sims at 11.

No, the rotation resets for each post-season series.  So the first listed starter would get the ball for game 1 of each series.  You can change the order of your starters right up until gametime of the first game, then it locks in just as it does in the regular season.

What tec said.  Just like for Game #1 of the regular season, but for each playoff round.

And as long as your top 3 pitchers have somewhat decent dur sta you can have only 3 SPs, and have the others set for LRA or LRB, and give all your SPs and LRs a higher pull rating.  At least 1 more, and 2 more for guys who are very unreliable.  Good to give your SPs 5 to 10 less MP counts too...  I know you didnt ask for this advice, but I thought Id give it just cause Im a nice guy  :)
