I'm probably the only coach who can't figure this out:

I can set player roles for PG, for instance, and it'll rank my current players in order.   So, how do I rank the potential recruits?

On your recruit search, far right column, one of the selection boxes is "overall rating" - in that box you can select any of the roles you have saved and it will substitute that rating for your overall rating.
