Sure this is out there somewhere but I'm probably not looking in the right place for it.

There are different levels in the TOC based on team salary. What are they?
Would these be correct?
1.$40-$59
2.$60-$79
3.$80-$99
4.$100-$119
5.$120-$139

and so on for every $20M?

Assuming these are right, if I have a Team with a $119M total team salary they would stay in the $100-$119 TOC level or do they get bumped to the $120 TOC?
