with a record under 500?  

I have a 14-15 team with an RPI in the high 50's (bad scheduling).   Are we eligible for the PI?

Yes, you can make the PIT w/ a record under .500, happens all the time.  Can't make the NT w/ under .500.

Yeah I've seen it happen many times. I didn't know you couldn't make the NT with one, though.

You can't make the NT without being 500.

I think you could make the NT if you win your conference tourney, and still be under .500.

true, but others are correct that you need .500 for an at-large, i think thats often implied but can also create confusion. PIT has no such requirement.
