3 recruit / class rotation? Topic

yr 1: SG (scorer) SF (role) PF (scorer)
yr2: PG (role) SG (scorer) C (role)
yr3: SF (scorer) PF (role) C (scorer)
yr 4: PG (scorer) SG (role) PF (scorer)

I run triangle - man2man. I would recruit all players with avg+ ath and defence. The scorers I would look for better LP/PER and BH. The role players I would look for better PASS/REB. is this a set up that would be beneficial? I play a ton GD and am a HUGE fan of balanced classes, I want to compete every yr plus I never want to over recuit any one position. so to me this set up would give me SRs and JRs starting at every postion with 2 - 3 scorers depending on the cycle. Im attempting to continue to to use TRIANGLE because at IOWA I cant see my self getting enough high level scorers to maintain MOTION. would this setup help me get the most out the TRIANGLE O?

Ive noticed reading alot of posts ath is very important in HD (not in GD) and that spd and ath could be looked at more like equals in creating efficent scorers and defenders. Am I correct in assuming this?

I think ath is more important probably. Spd is important for perimeter guys, it seems to get less important as you move inside.
The problem with a plan like this one is that it doesn't allow for redshirts, which can be a useful and sometimes necessary tool to maximize player development...
ETA: at D 1 it also doesn't account for EEs which mess up everything...
