Does it mean they're disregarding it? Should I try to pursue past the 1st wall of CS BS (if this is)?

Lots of things have been on "the list" for a long time, so, I would assume disregarded.  If you look on the suggestions page someone advocated having a notes section on the player page 2 years ago and seble said it would be added to the list.
