Strange job listings Topic

I am at Loyola Chicago in Rupp (my only remaining team).  I have no intention of leaving, but I was looking at the job listings because I was curious as to what was out there.

I have only completed three seasons at Loyola, before that I took four seasons off completely from Rupp.  Before that, I did one token season at Mizzou-KC, after a number of seasons at Texas.  So my loyalty is still not back to A+, which makes sense, and of course this precludes me from most D1 jobs.

Here is the strange part: I am listed as "not qualified" for most D1 jobs, including the huge majority of the D- jobs out there, yet Kentucky, Auburn, and Michigan State are all listed as "step backwards."  They are three of the five highest-prestige jobs available in D1 Rupp.  (The others are Arizona and Northern Arizona, which both list me as "not qualified.")

What am I missing here?  Are the higher-prestige programs somehow more likely to take a coach with loyalty issues if he has at least had success in terms of winning games and getting into the dance?

I am guessing that Porter Moser will be happy to know that taking over at Kentucky or Michigan State would be a step backwards for him!
