I had an (3rd team) All-American a few seasons ago lol...I guess more puzzling/surprising is that his best conference accomplishment was 2nd team, and no CPOY of course...anyone else had stuff like this happen?

my guys get passed over so much that most of the time I don't even bother to look at the post season awards...

Several coaches, including me, had a backup player make the All-Conference team over the starter.

He wasn't a backup...I was surped that he made All-American without being 1st team All-Conference

Conference awards are based only on conference play, not season long numbers, so a guy who put up superior statistics in OOC games and struggled in conference play could end up with national awards, but not conference awards.
