Depth Chart Help (D1) Topic

Hey guys,

I am looking for a big year out of my Davidson team in Knight this year and I wondered what some thought of my potential starting lineup.

My area of question is  the PG, SG and SF spots.

Currently it is

SF: Gettinger/Hollway
SG: Snodgrass/Fournier/Jones/Wynne
PG: England/Jones/Fournier/Wynne

I did this to try and maximize the high ath/spd of England at the PG position.

I also have Dave Ammons coming off a RS and he has lots of room to grow.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I thought about cutting one of the guards like Fournier because I just don't have enough guard positions.

I would do this:

PG: England, Holloway, Wynne, Fournier
SG: Snodgrass, Fournier, Ammons
SF: Holloway, Gettinger, Fournier

England is a no brainer at PG.  Best speed, best passing and great Def.  Snodgrass at SG because he has good ATH SPD combo, good DEF and good BH handling to slash when he doesn't shoot from the PE.  I go with Holloway at SF because I like his REB and he is a great defender and BH.  I would bring Gettinger off the bench at SF for scoring purposes.  His DEF is lower but he provides some scoring punch of the bench.   Back-ups are debatable, but i gave my quick suggestions.  Would need to spend more time looking before I really confirmed that depth chart.  I know that I would not put Jones as the back-up PG.  His BH and P is not adequate.  Just my quick 2 cents.  Good luck!

Jones still has high potential in BH & PASS which is why I had him there to grow and hopefully he would surpass England in ratings in those core areas.

PG: Snodgrass,
SG; Wynne/Holloway (Switch off when you are playing someone who relies on his SG alot)
SF, England
