Has anyone else noticed that there seems to be fewer quality recruits lately?  Not only super studs, but even just role players and the like are few and far between.  Heck even massively flawed guys who can maybe contribute to ONE aspect of a basketball gameplan are just rare. 

I've been at D3 for a while now, made a few elite 8s and the last several recruiting seasons have been just awful for me.

What world and what division?  I have been recruiting in 7 worlds for the past few seasons and haven't noticed any significant drop off.

And those last several seasons I've had prestige in A- to A+ range.

In phelan I felt like their were like double the normal amount of recruits. In wooden I feel like their was twice as less.

Hmmmm, so hopefully its just a dry spell of 3+ seasons in my area?

i believe that the recruit population varies with schools in an are and also with the numbers of openings - but with a heft dose of randomness too esp as to quality

I'm in Allen D3 and I've felt the same. I've bounced around from B to A- prestige.
