Customer service takes a beating here on the Forums, and sometimes deservedly so. But when it comes to changing names they are top notch! Case in point...I just took over Fairmont State (dream job-sweet!) and was left with two post players with the last name "Green". No biggie, but their first names also started with an "M", and they both were C's. I submitted a ticket, and they asked me to pick a name. I was thinking "Marvin Gray" instead of "Marvin Green" or even "Marvin Gaye", but decided to get a bit risky. Ladies and gentlemen I give you...

I'm not sure how the original database of names was generated but every now and then there appear "Boy Named Sue" names. I've seen Connie, Shirley, and Thelma for example. Well, back in the early days of HD, a coach got a player by the name of Patricia. He was not comfortable with it and asked CS to change it which they did. The player was outstanding and for a long time his name was all over the record books. The name that Patricia was changed to was T-Bone Steakburner.
