How do you set your draft settings to draft the highest rated player on your board regardless of position?

1.  Under "Target," make sure that the "any" dropbox is set to 25, and the positions are all set to 0.
2.  Set the "Rating Threshold" dropbox to "None."
3.  Set all the signing risk level dropboxes to "Very Aggressive."
