You play free this season, with the understanding that you commit to at least the 2004 season.
The team's already drafted for 2003 (our draft ends tomorrow). It's a decent team with a 76M salary and some good young talent (e.g. Carlos Zambrano, Justin Morneau). View the roster here:

NEXT SEASON DRAFT ORDER: Will be a standard worst to first draft. IF THERE IS A TIE, the team with the better home record will be ranked higher. IF still a tie, I'll do a random drawing at random.org In order to avoid tanking a season, the worst 3 teams will be drawn randomly for the top 3 picks...but the rest of the draft will be accordingly to the worst to first order.
KEEPERS: Unlimited keepers including the DL
WIN MINIMUMS: You MUST have 40 wins at end of season to be eligible for the top picks. If you have less than 40 wins, you will drop to the #4 pick.
TRADES: Full trading allowed. Picks up to one year in advance.
TEAM NAMES: Must be related to your stadium. City of stadium will be reflected in your city name. So, team name must follow the pattern Philadelphia __________.
TRADING PICKS UPDATED RULE: During the regular season you can only trade picks involving the next draft. During the draft you can trade that year draft pick plus the next year.
EXAMPLE
During the 2000 season you can trade 2001 draft picks. During the 2001 draft you can trade both 2001 and 2002 draft picks.
