Throwing out some feelers out there. Any experienced coaches interested in replicating what the CUSA did in Rupp by joining up in Tark?

It's going to be a difficult task because B12/SEC (bad for the TX schools) are both fairly strong, and the ACC is strong as well (bad for Marshall/E Carolina/UAB).

But I want to see if I can get the right coaches to join up and take the open 4 teams and build up another non-BCS power conf.

I cant do Tark, but if folks can play D1 in Allen, the WCC is a great opportunity.

Geography is important for this. The ACC is strong at an epic level.  This has weakened other BCS conferences, esp SEC.  PAC 10 is okay but not great.  We had a run with an almost all human conference and had some #5 conf rpi seasons, now lost some humans but there are good jobs to be had and we have two teams in the second round of the NT at the moment.  Check out WCC Allen if Tark doesnt work for you

I'm spinning my wheels at Richmond (wheels falling off right now...so much that I'm not sure I'll qualify for a CUSA job) - not in love with any of the 4 openings, but once this season ends I'll take a look and see what I qualify for. If I am qualified and there is a halfway decent team (preferably one that I don't have to change sets) I'd seriously be interested...

Of course this year's Richmond team is 5 sophomores and 6 freshmen, so I'd probably be splitting just in time for them to get good and make the S16 the following season or something lol

Your richmond team is similar to my memphis team. 6/6 Fr/So and will definitely make it to the NT in 2 seasons, if not next season.
