Season 68 Recruiting:
There weren't many recruits close to me this year that I liked. Also I was looking to recruit two posts this year but they were extremely weak in my area this year so I recruited two guards. I will likely redshirt one of the guards, but I have yet to figure out which one. My favorite player of this class is easily Victor Hawkins. He was the only recruit I liked within 180 miles of me. Overall this class was alright. I wasn't thrilled but there isn't much you can do when there aren't many local recruits that are good. Now lets take a look at each player.

I had to battle with Creighton to get Victor. I made a last cycle move to pull ahead and eventually sign Victor. I promised him a starting job. Victor fits well in the press and will be able to be a good scorer for my team. He's the best recruit out of my first class here at Oral Roberts.

Johnny isn't a fantastic recruit but he is an athletic guard that will be able to play good defense. Not a fantastic point guard, but he may have to play that unless I recruit a good one the next couple of years.

Wasn't happy with the talent in the posts in my area but I liked this kids speed as a PF. Jeffery won't be much of a scorer but he will be a very fast PF compared to our competition.

I had another guard considering me but got poached late by Baylor so I signed this guy. Willie won't be much but he won't hurt us on the defensive end so that is always a plus.
