Just wondering why my center grew a point in PER, when I have 0 practice minutes in it?  It was at 1 last season and dropped down to 0 after the rollover, so the rating was probably just a small fraction below 1 to start the season.  Still doesn't explain why it would go up with 0 practice minutes though.

A player will never stay at 0 if they go down to it during the offseason. I think if a player goes over 100 in the offseason, they will go back to 100 even if you have a lot of minutes in that category.
