Arb Amount Question Topic

Hey guys, I have a question on what figures into the high (or low) amount that a guy will want in arb, is it more stats based or is it based on OVR more?  Dilemna, I have a highly rated player (89 OVR), who is at AAA, he is blocked at all positions on my ML team, but I was thinking about bringing him to play him as a utility for rest at all postitions, if he comes up he will acrue ML time but not really get any good stats, so will he be cheap come arb with no stats to back him up, or will his OVR require a high Arb amount anyway, in which case I would just keep him down another year or two and make his Arb years count more.  Thanks

You have an 89 OVR player at AAA who is BLOCKED?

Wow.  I didn't believe it when I read it, but you may actually have a guy with 89 OVR in AAA who is blocked at the ML level.  You have 11 guys at the ML level with 80+ OVR.  Is Ruth a super tard world?  How is it possible to have that much talent on one team?  You have four SPs who are legitimate contenders for the Cy Young and five RPs who could realistically compete for Fireman.  And on top of that, you had four players with a .900+ OPS last season.  That is ridiculous.

He (almost) kinda does actually. I can't imagine it's a very competitive World though.

It's actually a pretty competitive world, only 3 teams won 100,and two teams lost 100.  Anyway, does anyone know how the Arb amounts work? Stats or OVR?

Playing time and productivity. OVR will determine long term demands.
