2 openings in the top DIII conference in Crum.  Always the top conference RPI, and we get a lot of bonus recruiting money.  The conference has 4 past champions in it, and a very active and fun coaches corner.
Both openings have been human coached within the last few seasons, so they have low prestige but solid teams.  Both could be solid this year, are in great shape to gradually bring your own players in.

Midwest another good conference just outside of the top 10, at 11 last season. We got 5 openings.
