Why does Rob Bridges only have 2 options left instead of 3? The year I added him to the 40, I started him in the majors from day 1 (didn't wait the 20 games). So why did he burn an option? Thanks

He already was in the minors at the time you added him to the 40.

Hence, the option year being burned.

This is normal, and unavoidable.
