Yeah that's true for players with 3,000+ min... short minute (<500) players burn out easy... about 6 months ago I tried a team with about 14,000 minutes to test my theories on fatigue. The starting lineup was 09-10 Chris Paul (1712 min), 06-07 Dwyane Wade (1929 min), 91-92 Larry Bird (1662 min), 95-96 Dennis Rodman (2088 min) and 64-65 Wilt Chamberlain (1597 min). The idea was to play them all 36 target mpg. I won my first 2 games by a combined 37 points but then lost my last 8. The score of the 10th game was 156-37. All starters were below 50% stamina 4 games in. They all finished with sub-30 fg%. There is definitely fatigue, but its more tolerant in exhibition than full season. I learned that lesson when I had a full-season team with only around 18,200 minutes. I was 29-12 at the break, but finished 44-38.
